Your new artificial plants are shipped with the utmost care and love directly from our warehouse to your address. We want you to enjoy your new green addition as soon as possible, so we make sure your order is delivered to your front door on the ground floor within a few working days.

Because we understand how important it is for your artificial plants to arrive in perfect condition, we have designed our own boxes. These boxes are custom-made with an interior structure to ensure your artificial plants are held securely in place and cannot move during transport. This way, they remain well protected and arrive in top condition. For larger artificial plants, we use an external courier who ensures the package is transported upright, so everything stays beautifully in place. And for the really large artificial plants and trees, we use pallet shipping to ensure these also arrive at your home in perfect condition.

Although we work with an external courier, unfortunately we cannot bring orders inside or deliver them to your garden.

Return Policy

We strive to ensure you are always happy with your new purchase from Florafy. However, it may happen that something isn’t quite as expected. That’s why we’re happy to explain how our return policy works!

Returning artificial plants

Unlike real plants, you can simply return our artificial plants! You have 14 days after delivery to send your order back. Please make sure the artificial plant is unused and in its original condition, so we can make someone else happy with it. This is one of the advantages of artificial plants – you can try them out in your space risk-free!

Ordered something else? No problem!

Did you order another item, such as a pot, basket, or accessory, and would like to return it? Of course, that’s possible! You have 14 days after delivery of the product to return your order. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original condition, so we can make someone else happy with it.

Delivery issues

Occasionally, something may go wrong during transport. Has your order arrived damaged or did you receive the wrong item? Please let us know as soon as possible! We’ll make sure you receive an appropriate solution, whether that’s a replacement item or a refund. Please contact our customer service within 4 working days at info@florafy.eu and include your order number and, if possible, a photo of the issue. We’ll make sure it’s resolved quickly!

How to return an item?

Follow the steps below to ensure your return goes smoothly:

  • Carefully pack the items you wish to return in the original packaging (or another sturdy box) and include a note with your order number. This way, we immediately know the return is from you.
  • Take the package to your nearest post office and send it back to us at the address below:

    Return conditions

  • Returns are possible within 14 days of receiving your order, including artificial plants.
  • The costs and risk of returning are your own responsibility, so please ensure your package is well packed.
  • Preferably return the items in one shipment, so we can process your return quickly.
  • Include a note with your order number in the return package so we can identify who the return is from.
  • We recommend using a shipping method with track & trace. Without a track & trace code, unfortunately we cannot start an investigation if the return shipment does not arrive.
  • Once we have received your return, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 3 working days.
  • Did you receive a wrong or damaged item? Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll resolve it for you!

Refunds

Once your return package has arrived with us, we aim to process it as quickly as possible. You can expect this to happen within 1-5 working days. We understand that waiting for your refund can be frustrating, so we do our best to make this process as smooth as possible.

After your return has been processed, the refund will be credited to the same payment method you used for the original purchase within 1-5 working days. This means you’ll see the amount back in your account or payment app, depending on the payment method you chose.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option to exchange items. Would you like a different variant or color? Please feel free to place a new order. Please note: if you used a discount code, it cannot be applied again. But don’t worry, we regularly have new promotions, so keep an eye on our website!
