What are the shipping costs for my order?

Have you placed an order over €20 and does it include a plant? Then you’ll only pay €2.95 in shipping costs! Please note: for XL plants, a small surcharge of €4.95 applies. This way, you’ll never be faced with unexpected surprises during the ordering process. For shipping to Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, additional charges apply, which will be shown at checkout!

When will my order be delivered?

Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible—we aim for a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Of course, we always strive for the fastest possible delivery. Plants ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will always be stated in the product description. We do everything we can to ensure your plant(s) arrive on time. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Cosa succede se ordino diverse tipologie di piante in un unico ordine?

Let op: je ontvangt meerdere pakketten. Elke plant wordt afzonderlijk verpakt en kan afkomstig zijn van een andere kweker. De levertijd per plant kan variëren; de meeste planten worden binnen 1-4 werkdagen geleverd.

Can I have my order delivered to a different shipping address?

It is possible to enter a different delivery address if you would like to give our plants as a gift. The invoice will not be included. This way, the recipient will not see the value of your order. You can specify this during the checkout process.

Can I also pick up my order somewhere?

Contattaci per questo tramite: info@florafy.eu o al numero 06-86863976. Inoltre, è possibile ritirare il tuo ordine presso uno dei 2.000 punti di ritiro DPD. Ce n’è sempre uno vicino a te, che sia un supermercato, Primera, Bruna, ufficio postale o uno degli altri negozi affiliati. Il costo per questo servizio è di € 2,50.

How will my order be packaged?

Le piante sono prodotti delicati. Le piante, e in particolare le orchidee, verranno quindi imballate e spedite con la massima cura. Utilizziamo imballaggi appositamente sviluppati. In questa confezione la pianta non può muoversi liberamente, così il tuo ordine verrà spedito in tutta sicurezza.

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?

Is something wrong with your plant? That’s unfortunate! It could be that your plant is in the wrong spot or isn’t receiving the right care. Please send us a photo of your plant. In most cases, we can offer you a golden tip to help your plant thrive again. Has your plant sadly not made it? Unfortunately, in this case we cannot offer a guarantee on your purchase, as we’re unable to verify the care it received. However, we can send you a unique discount code so you can order a new plant that might suit you even better.

Posso restituire o annullare il mio ordine?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to return flowers and plants. Because we work with living products, we cannot guarantee that their quality will be maintained if these items are sent back. We want to ensure our green friends always remain in top condition!

Posso far consegnare il mio ordine anche all'estero?

In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria, we have positive experience with shipping our products. For deliveries to other countries, we do not have sufficient insight into the conditions under which our products are delivered. We want to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect condition, which is why we do not currently ship to other countries.

Posso ordinare solo uno o più vasi?

It is possible to order pots and other accessories without a plant. Please note that shipping costs will apply.

With various Florafy promotions, you receive a discount code. When you enter this code during checkout, the discount is automatically applied. Please note: when using a discount code, the minimum order value must be €10 after applying the discount code. If a product is already on sale, the discount code is not valid unless stated otherwise.
