What are the shipping costs for my order?
For orders over €50 within the Netherlands, you pay no shipping costs – enjoy free home delivery! For orders under €50, we charge €6.95 shipping costs. Shipping fees to other European countries may vary. The exact shipping costs for your country are always clearly displayed during checkout, so you’ll never be faced with unexpected surprises.
When will my order be delivered?
Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible; we aim for a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Of course, we always strive for the fastest possible delivery. Plants ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will always be mentioned in the product description.
What if I order multiple types of plants in a single order?
Please note that you will receive multiple packages. Each plant is shipped in its own box and may come from a different grower. Delivery times may vary per plant, but most plants will arrive within 1-4 business days.
Can I have my order delivered to a different shipping address?
It is possible to enter a different delivery address if you would like to give our plants as a gift. The invoice will not be included. This way, the recipient will not see the value of your order. You can indicate this during the checkout process.
Can I also pick up my order somewhere?
Do you live in the Westland region or nearby? You can also pick up your plant order directly from our nursery. To arrange this, please contact us at: info@florafy.eu. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from one of the 2,000 DPD pickup points. There’s always one close to you, whether it’s a supermarket, Primera, Bruna, post office, or one of the other participating stores.
How will my order be packaged?
Plants are delicate products. We take the utmost care when packing and shipping plants, especially orchids. We use specially developed packaging to ensure your plant cannot move freely inside the box, so your order arrives safely.
Can I have my order delivered abroad?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe! Whether you live in Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, or any other European country – we ship our high-quality artificial plants right to your address. Shipping costs vary by country and are clearly displayed during checkout. This way, you’ll know exactly what you’re paying before you complete your order.
How can I apply a discount code?
With various Florafy promotions, you’ll receive a discount code. When you enter this code during checkout, the discount will be applied automatically. Please note: when using a discount code, the minimum order value must be €10 after the discount has been applied. If a product is already on sale, the discount code is not valid unless stated otherwise.
Can I order just one or several pots?
It is possible to order pots and other accessories without a plant. Please note that shipping costs will apply.
Do I have a warranty on my purchase?
Is something wrong with your plant? That’s unfortunate! It could be that your plant is in the wrong spot or isn’t receiving the proper care. Please send us a photo of your plant. In most cases, we can offer you a golden tip to help your plant thrive again.
Has your plant not survived? Unfortunately, in this case we cannot offer a warranty on your purchase, as we are unable to verify the care it has received. However, we can send you a unique discount code so you can order a new plant that might suit you even better.
Can I return or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return flowers and plants. Because we work with living products, we cannot guarantee that their quality will be maintained if these items are sent back. After all, we want our green friends to always remain in top condition!
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum order quantity. For business discounts, we offer attractive tiered pricing starting from 10 pieces. Contact us for a personalized quote.
How do I request a business quote?
Contact us via our contact form or visit our showroom in Naaldwijk. We’re happy to help you find the perfect solution for your space.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, for business customers we offer payment by invoice. We are happy to discuss the payment terms that best suit your company.
What are the delivery times for business orders?
Most products are available for immediate delivery. For larger projects, we tailor the schedule to your preferences. Contact us for specific delivery times.
Can I view the artificial plants first?
Of course! Visit our 200m² showroom in Naaldwijk, where you can see and feel more than 500 artificial plants in person. We recommend making an appointment for personalized advice.

Does this artificial plant suit my modern interior?
Our artificial plants are designed to be timeless and versatile. They complement modern interiors beautifully with their sleek appearance and neutral colors. Whether you love minimalism, Scandinavian design, or an industrial style—our collection offers the perfect match for every interior.
How easy are artificial plants to care for?
Artificial plants are exceptionally low-maintenance! They require no water, sunlight, or nutrients. To keep them looking fresh, simply dust them occasionally with a soft cloth or duster. For stubborn dirt, you can use lukewarm water with a mild cleaning agent. Some artificial plants are even suitable for outdoor use—this will be indicated on the product page.
How realistic do the artificial plants look?
Our artificial plants are of premium quality and look stunningly realistic. We use lifelike colors, textures, and shapes that are almost indistinguishable from the real thing. Many customers tell us that guests often ask whether they’re real plants!
Where is the best place to display my artificial plant?
Artificial plants offer flexible placement options since they don’t require sunlight. This means you can display them in darker areas where real plants wouldn’t survive, such as hallways, bathrooms, or corners without windows. For the best effect: place them at eye level, near a light source for added depth, or group them together for a lush, vibrant look.
Are artificial plants suitable for outdoor use?
Most artificial plants are designed for indoor use. However, we also offer a special outdoor collection made with UV-resistant materials that can withstand sunlight and weather conditions. These products are specifically marked in our webshop. For outdoor use, we always recommend choosing from this outdoor-specific collection.
How is an artificial plant delivered?
All artificial plants are carefully packaged in sturdy boxes to ensure they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Depending on the size, protective materials are used to safeguard leaves and branches during transport. Once your plant arrives, simply unpack it and, if needed, arrange the branches and leaves to your liking.
