Have you placed an order over €20 and does your order include a plant? Then you’ll only pay €2.95 shipping costs! Please note, for XL plants there is a small surcharge of €4.95. This way, you’ll never encounter unexpected surprises during the checkout process. For shipping to Belgium, Germany, and the Netherlands, additional charges apply, which will be clearly shown at checkout!
Your order will be delivered as quickly as possible—we aim for a delivery time of 1-5 business days. Of course, we always strive for the fastest possible delivery. Plants ordered on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday. If a product has a longer delivery time, this will always be mentioned in the product description. We do everything we can to ensure your plant(s) arrive on time. However, in rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Please note that you will receive multiple packages. Each plant is shipped in its own box and may come from a different grower. Delivery times may vary per plant, but most plants will arrive within 1-4 business days.
It’s possible to enter a different delivery address if you’d like to give our plants as a gift. The invoice will not be included with the shipment, so the recipient won’t see the value of your order. You can specify this during the checkout process.
Do you live in the Westland region or nearby? You can also pick up your plant order directly from our nursery. To arrange this, please contact us at info@florafy.eu or 06-86863976. Alternatively, you can choose to collect your order from one of the 2,000 DPD pickup points. There’s always one close to you, whether it’s at a supermarket, Primera, Bruna, post office, or another participating store. The cost for this service is €2.50.
Plants are delicate products. We take the utmost care when packing and shipping plants, especially orchids. We use specially developed packaging to ensure your plant cannot move freely inside the box, so your order arrives safely.
Is something wrong with your plant? That’s unfortunate! It could be that your plant is in the wrong spot or isn’t receiving the right care. Please send us a photo of your plant. In most cases, we can offer you a golden tip to help your plant thrive again. Has your plant sadly not made it? Unfortunately, in this case, we can’t offer a guarantee on your purchase, as we’re unable to verify the care provided. However, we can send you a unique discount code so you can order a new plant that might suit you even better.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return flowers and plants. Because we work with living products, we cannot guarantee that their quality will be preserved if they are sent back. We want to make sure our green friends always remain in top condition!
In the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, and Austria, we have positive experience shipping our products. For deliveries to other countries, we do not have sufficient insight into the conditions under which our products are delivered. We want to ensure that our products arrive to you in perfect condition, which is why we do not currently ship to other countries.
It is possible to order pots and other accessories without a plant. Please note that shipping costs will apply.
